DAVE refund on something i didn't ask for, had them clean up my computer price was 129.00 i pd that the 1 month later 24.95 was taken out of my acct. For something by them

Called geek squad in feb to have them clean up my tower in which they did at a cost of 129.00 that was fine i excepted that charge 1 month later i get a deduction on acct for 24.95 when i called david [geek squad] said it was for monthly service which i told him i did not agree to no service like that and wanted my money refunded. Went through the whole talk about how it would take 72 hrs and several calls & several 72hrs and 1 month later plus an e-mail from them on 3/7 confirming that the money is refunded still no refund so please help me
