Geek Squad
I paid the geek squad twice for something that could been prevented the first time

I took my computer to geek squad to be worked on and they charge me 199.99 to diagnose and repair it in august. They removed my Norton antivirus and my mcafee and did not tell me that I needed a different antivirus to back it up.in October the virus came back and I had to pay another 199.99 for them to diagnose and repair. But if I was told the first from the technician this could have been prevented I feel that I should get A refund. Can you solve this for me. Thank you. Ramon xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
