UPS failed delivery no call

Today is 01/03 I have being waiting on a deliverly from UPS SINCE 8.00 AM this morning. I was told the driver had to 8.00 pm Houston time bull shit. I was told someone would call me right away thats bullshit. I am so pissed right now! I will make sure this is my last delivery from them. Will be notifying the corporate office on 01/04. What a new year for this ok really!
