Ripoff took my money and declined my card and cost me more than its worth
I applied for there card by e-mail for immediate decision, and sent the $19.00 issue fee. They took the money then sent me a letter saying i had been declined but, kept my money causing me to go into an overdraft on my acct. Costing me an additional $35.00 and told me it would be 22 days or more ...
