I purchased a comforter and sham set that was a final sale item. When I received the comforter and sham the colors did not match. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a photo. The comforter was described as ivory in color. The shams were ivory but the comforter had a gray hue to it. I sent the photo and was told they could't see the color difference in the photo, it was a final sale item, no returns. I will no longer purchase from Joss and Main or recommend it to anyone. One King's Lane is a more reputable company and I will continue to shop and recommend their company. I am out $132.00. Shoppers beware
