I put an order for 2 jackets on September 23. I had been billed for both jackets on October 24. I received my purchase on October 29 which included just one of both jackets I requested. I've since tried calling and contacting Totsy with hardly any support. I did so have somebody email me back wondering basically needed a reimbursement which my next layer "should have been sold-out". Well, why did you I would like to purchase after that it and cost my card!?!?! I responded that yes, I had been annoyed not to obtain the layer, but I'd just like a return. No reply. No return. I've sent and named since that time without any reaction. I can not know how a business may do business-like this. I've noticed several, many additional grievances much like mine. I'll be informing everybody who'll pay attention to NOT purchase from their website.
