I ordered 2 northface jackets of cololrs that are no longer being made. When the jackets finally arrived they were not either of the 2 jackets I ordered. The company is refusing to refund y money but will send me the 2 correct jackets and a secret gift for another 120 dollars. They are refusing to take back or send me a shipping label to return these incorrect items. They are claiming that the express company they hired made the mistake and that we should both have to pay for it. The worst part is i could have gotten the jackets from another company but now they are sold out and neither color is being made anymore.
