Misleading pricematch

I bought the northface brush case from ebags.com, a couple of hours later I came across the carrier for 25 bucks cheaper http://www.sunnysports.com/Push/NFCPSWN.html#ReviewInfoTab. I approached the client service-professional on live-chat to stop my purchase but he assured me when I posted a cost alter demand they might recognize it. After getting the carrier I obtained a contact saying my pricematch have been declined. I went online to inquire why and was informed the hyperlink was broken, I delivered the hyperlink again and stated it had been not broken. The broker (Charles) subsequently explained he couldn't begin to see the cost on the site and also to contact in. I named in and was informed by Aaron the carrier wasn't exactly the same version (fake - confirmed with Northface that just one version of the brush carrier continues to be launched), which when he included it towards the wagon it didn't "stay". I've no idea what this signifies when I could purchase exactly the same carrier in the website within a few minutes! I'll be returning the carrier and certainly will never create a purchase from ebags.com again!
