Placed order at ebags.com on 11/22/06. Paid via PayPal. Got PayPal payment receipt, however at the very last step eBags displayed an error. So money were transferred to eBags, but there is no trace of an order on eBags site. Contacted their support 4 times. They said that they would resolve this issue wit PayPal and return my money. It's been almost 10 days. No money were returned so far. Based on my previous experience with large online stores - like Amazon or Newegg - money can be returned within one business day.
