Buyers beware! 6pm.com offered me products which were not instock & it's been over per month without return. Repetitions repeatedly lay.
I bought $181 value of items from 6pm.com on 11/26/10. Our three items were allegedly delivered 11/27/10 and that I obtained a tracking#. The following# established the bundle was never shipped, and there is no tracking info. After calling many times the client support at 6pm guaranteed me repeatedly that my bundle was in path. Lastly on 12/20/10,5 times before Holiday I'd it. I named the postoffice plus they established the bundle was NEVER SHIPPED. After calling 6pm the consultant explained the USPS hadn't updated their site these were simply showing me that. After investing over 5 hours about the telephone with USPS and 6pm, and many lies later accusing the USPS, 6pm.com ultimately accepted my bundle was dropped within their factory and was never mailed. 6pm.com dropped my bundle within their factory and not informed me, or investigated my purchase after I repeatedly named. All of them guaranteed me it'd get to sufficient time for Holiday. Once they ultimately accepted their error, additionally they informed me all the items I requested were out of stock. These were providing me a "client courtesy" to permit me get another thing from their website, apart type the initial 3 products I requested. Below it had been, 5 times before Holiday without any bundle with no apology for that continuos lies and run-around. I declined to purchase additional products from their store and needed a return. They stated it wold consider 2-10 business days, that we discovered absurd. Once the products were bought they money was obtained from my bill immediately, but I'd to hold back until after-Christmas to recuperate my income. I simply named today 12/28 again after my lender informed me nothing was impending and 6pm.com never used my reimbursement. After speaking with the exact same laying consultant, she informed me the reimbursement had been prepared. I expected her when and he or she mentioned a week ago, but it was as much as my lender to approach it. I allow her understand what my lender stated after which after being positioned on store for 40 units, she returned informing me I had been returned. I again questioned her when and he or she said today. I expected her when nowadays since I'd named my lender before I named them-and she explained while I had been on-hold. Evidently once more, I'll not get a reimbursement for another 2-10 business days. Ideally they'll really return it-this period. The corporation has lied in my experience repeatedly and held my cash for over per month.
