EXCESSIVELY disappointed... Put/taken care of purchase (Holiday (Christmas) present) with guarenteed shipping just before Christmas. Received shipping of cheaper/poor item your day before Christmas. Named Digital Express (EE) Customer Support (CS) and was directed to deliver it back for alternative with proper item. FedEx didn't collection return bundle after 3 times.introduced bundle to FedEx shop and was informed that I'd need to spend to possess it delivered back, as EE FedEx delivery # was no-good. Named EE CS again and was instucted again to depart it out for FedEx collection again... This time around FedEx did choose it-up. I followed the bundle back again to EE 4 days later. Contact EE CS back again to get standing of my initial purchase and was informed that it'd be delivered tomorrow... This continued every additional evening for more than 2 months but still no item! Lastly I had been informed the item which was in stock after I originally requested it had been no further in stock... After identifying that EE had no appropriate substitute item in stock, I had been informed that I'd be COMPLETELY refunded. After contacting EE CS every additional evening for another week, the buying price of the merchandise was ultimately returned ALTHOUGH NOT the delivery cost. After calling EE CS every single day for 4 more times I ULTIMATELY got the delivery cost returned.
