Poor service

I never received my scrapping purchase from Scrapping-for-Less.com & originally had good connection with the owners. I had been recommended they'd approached the PO, who informed them-it have been shipped so that as much because they (the PO) were worried, the problem was shut. The bundle was subsequently delivered to S/Y/M from the PO, stating it had been never stated. Well, obviously it was never stated, I didn’t have it! I also didn’t get something in the PO/my condo complex informing I'd a to get.

S/Y/D responded using the subsequent to me via e-mail: (the parentheses are mine)

"The doc under is exactly what the USPS delivered me. It suggests that the bundle was sent to your zip code (Gee, simply the zipcode?) on November 10th at 11:45 each morning. I talked to somebody today in the PO plus they recommended that you might have to speak to your local postoffice or your complex to determine when they have any stimulate (sic) regarding wherever your bundle wound up. We've not obtained it back, or will there be any indicator from USPS that it had been sent back. The postoffice they offered me is: Northern form postoffice on Large structure Path. Maybe they are able to discover where it went or assist you to spot a state. I'm sorry, there's no further that I will do. (WHAT? There is plenty of issues you certainly can do! Resend my products, for one!)

Subsequently, a week ago I obtained a pleased e-mail from S/Y/M informing me they'd gotten my items delivered for them & could be resending it in my experience. I stated in my own response that I INFORMED them I never got it & this is exactly what was sent back again to me, verbatim ~

"used to do not accuse you of not having your deal. The monitoring suggested the bundle have been shipped. I invested a great period of time contacting and talking with the postoffice relating to this scenario (I enjoy that, ma'am. Nevertheless, I am confident that is inside your job description). They explained that it'd been shipped so that as much because they were worried, the problem was shut. From that, I don't understand how it created its long ago to us, showing that it had been never stated, as you can easily see in the images that I sent you."

"With nevertheless, you've provided me exactly the same handle that it had been delivered to before. May your complex obtain it-this period, or does it wander off again? We are shipping this back *at our expense* (Well duh, why must *I* need to purchase anything I never got within the first-place?) but that is prone to occur again." (Not if there is signature verification/whichever set up, it's not going to)

"After contemplating this, we don't feel cozy re-delivering this purchase, in case that it might not reach you again, and thus we've chose to stop the order and return it entirely. You'll observe this reimbursement over the following fourteen days." (to become totally reasonable, I obtained my reimbursement from their store within 3 times)

In this 3-week disaster contacting back & forth ~ and again, I would like to state ~ these were ACUTELY good originally; I had been never provided exactly the same what to be resent in my experience (*I* requested about that and DID provide to cover it!), as the company decided what occurred to my careless bundle, or perhaps a return. Then I get the above mail that claims theyare delivering my products again, & within the next phrase, theyare not. Huh???

I truly didn’t need a return. I needed (& nevertheless DO) my scrapping issues. It had been a $22 purchase; I actually donot believe giving out another order in my experience with signature verification or thru FedEx/advantages might have delivered them careening out of business. I also provide the e-mail wherever I recommended them easily obtained the initial purchase I'd send it back again to them..."at my cost", I would include.

I am sad & angry. I try very hard to aid small indy shops, but I obviously will not be purchasing from their website again.
