I went into Hollister in Wesley Chapel, California and desired to trade a set of trousers which were faulty. I simply wished to get another set of trousers. The trousers have been used once and cleaned, however they were coming apart and that I sensed which was not indicative of the quality item that costs $72.00. The Supervisor wasn't about the areas. The Assistant Supervisor was condescending and wouldn't provide his title. He explained it was Corporate plan. I expected for that Area Supervisor's title and quantity and was informed he couldn't provide that info. He offered me a card having a 1-800 number for customer support in California. He explained which was all he was required to complete. Personally I think this was bad customer support. I've never undergone a business where supervisors weren't permitted to provide their title, particularly in retail. This informs me a great deal about Hollister and none of it's great.
