I simply obtained an trade within the email today from an order I placed 2/9/09. I find this quality of support to become totally inappropriate. I approached this assistance support about the standing of the return twice and was never provided any info irrespective of "we shall approach it whenever we obtain it". I find it too difficult to think the trade required 5 weeks to achieve the Hollister factory. Because of the wrongly prolonged time period that it required for me personally to get the bundle, I had been compelled to look elsewhere for that items I originally purchase from Hollister. I don't often offer feedback for online purchases, but I've never been thus dissatisfied by having an exchange. I've delivered these products back and aspire to obtain my return before Dec.
