After I requested to talk to the manager she stated she was the manager, then I requested for that shop manager title and he or she stated she was the shop manager - Jessica. I expected her why couldn’t she simply do the trade and he or she stated she'd the best to WOn't get it done, that we might comprehend when the items were used or without labels plus they were just 2 products. SUBSEQUENTLY I ASKED HER FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME AND SHE REFUSED TO ACHIEVE THAT, SHE SAID THAT SHE COULDN’T HAND OUT HER TITLE!!!
