Requested 2 sets reduced on 12/19 for Holiday to become delivered to PA for my mom & lil' sis, & did this through Google checkout. Received purchase verification through google & discover my charge card was billed on 12/20 (likewise informed through google). No delivery confirmation. Visited about the live support switch on the webpage & they stated my purchase must came the very first couple of days in January because of vacation back-up. The purchase didn't appear. No telephone number on site, even though it promises to become located in Florida. I published numerous occasions through the google verification & and to their website aimed to obtain the standing of my purchase, because it wasn't obtained. Then my charge card business calls me to express my creditcardnumber was taken online & they terminated my charge card & are delivering me a brand new one. Therefore again, I make an effort to contact bayugg & no reaction. I eventually deliver to google to record them, & google examined them & aren't any longer allowing the website use google checkout. I sent bay ugg for that 7th period, & they replied "i we're focusing on you purchase". Really unprofessional reaction, & seemed just like a 2-year old was writing in my experience. Nowadays I received my charge card bill, & I approached my charge card organization, w/d I observed a few of the costs were still about the declaration. Our card company stated that there's a fraud on offer regarding reduced ugg shoes online. (Exactly Why Is this-not about the information?) Sites are getting from china, & don't have any contact telephone number, or tackle on the site. The tx tackle was a phony payment office. Our charge card firm informed when & when people really obtain purchase they're phony shoes (despite the fact that sites maintain genuine). They directed me to decline the bundle if it comes, because the return target will probably be phony. Don't purchase ugg shoes online until they're from the department-store, or even the official ugg boot sydney.
