On 8/7/09 i took my 3 children ages 15,12 & 4 years old to get their school clothes for the upcoming school year. I put all of the clothing on layaway that evening. To take them shopping in this store required nearly four hours since i had been buying or installing absent anthing they couldn't match. I visit get their college layaway which was packed up in 2 boxes and was about $250.00 plus they could only discover 1 container after we stood there for around 45 moments waiting to see when they may find another container!!! They have the lame excuse they had a ton, the box obtained wet & the clothes were removed from the box!!! Where are the clothing... Your guess can be as good as mine!!! The stuff was in the box they may find were underwears, caps, devices, a diego bookbag & a dress shirt!!! Is that this what i am supposed to send our 3 children to faculty sporting? The leading end director provides me a 20% discount for your stuff within the box they may find & another 20% discount for after i provide my kids back to school shop again!!! That is unacceptable since i'm handicapped & getting them out the very first time cleaned me out!!! The reason behind going on a friday afternoon before everybody got off function was to prevent the back to faculty hurry!!! Since school is right nearby, individuals are removing of work to take their children college buying!!! I'm very upset by this whole condition & am likely to file a formal complaint with the corporation straight!!! I'm going to have to file through the mail since there is nothing on the website where you could achieve this!!! Therefore for several of you that are intending to put clothes on layaway at forman mills, keep these things place your items in water proof pots!!!
