I have had the same experience as all of these other posts. I attended a conference in November in Charlotte, NC. I prepaid for a block of rooms ahead of time through IEA and yet when checking out of my hotel found out they had not paid the hotel a dime, so I ended up double paying. I have been passed around from person to person throughout that organization, worked on this for months, went to the BBB and no one can seem to get my money back. One person I dealt with at IEA was Chambree Frazier and she promised to help, now I cannot get a hold of her. This company needs to experience legal ramifications for their actions. No other business would be allowed to operate in this matter. I will continue to go after them until I get my money or until I know they are out of business.
