This is the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received. Purchased 4 hours of yard work on Living Social from TruBlue Total House Care in Nazareth, PA for $125.
Countless left voicemails later (this person does not answer their phone and insists that all voicemails will be returned in 30 minutes) and emails later, I have yet to schedule an appointment. We're not talking about a week, we're talking about over the course of months!
Living Social has basically washed their hands of the entire thing saying that they have no problem reaching the vendor. How is this company still in business?
