I bought a voucher for a service - the merchant says that he cannot honour the voucher and I should get a refund from LivingSocial.
LivingSocial acknowledged that there is a problem but refuse to give me my money back they said I could have a credit on my account.
Obviously I was unhappy with this proposal and insisted on a refund, they said someone would contact me within 48 hours... I am still waiting 1 week later!!!
