F* Living Social! The worst customer service ever!!! I should have checked how many complaints they have all over the internet before I make any purchases from this shitty company! I called them three times, each waiting time is longer than 25mins. The customer representatives and supervisers are impolite and absolutely NOT helpful. I purchased $98 Massage coupon, I called the place try to make an appointment, but they were booked out all the way to the expiration date due to the limited therapists. I called LivingSocial thought they would take care the issue.instead, they told me that there was nothing they can do about it. Oh wow! I asked for a $98 LivingSocial credit instead of a refund, because I was considering that it was not fully their fault. But They told me they could not give me the credit nor the refund. They did give me couple of insincere sorry. Look at how many complaints they have all over the places, they certainly don't give a damn about any feedbacks. If they keep doing business like this, we shall see how long they will last. After experiencing Living Social's customer service, it makes me appreciate more how good of customer service Groupon has.
