The support of Emirates for Business Individuals is very poor. I travel 300,000 miles-per year and that I have a much correct data, simple sign in along with a straight forward knowledge. This is the way Emirates even compares to Lufthansa (Business-Class): Emirates costs a typical 800% quality vs. Economy seats and provides 75% more kilometers (LH 100PERCENT); Emirates doesn't have an Iphone software at-all (in LH allmy information is saved and that I sign in in 2 ticks); Emirates includes a plan of saying Boarding (in the place of entrance available) 60-minutes before starting (on March 29th for trip 59 which was the situation). Everyone was sitting on the ground. The entrance delivered a Company Type traveler towards the bar at 8:10 and requested him to returned 40 units later. Then he was informed the entrance was shut, needed to have a trip 6 hours later and spend a $250 good (all was recorded with titles and delivered to the Senior VP). He was requested to visit entrance H for re-ticketing and delay in-line (EK doesn't possess a point for Business-Class seats at support entrance H, LH usually does). I travel once-per year with my loved ones. At LH, I'm permitted to accesss the bar with my loved ones (2 young kids). At Emirates, I had been not (even while a Gold Member and Business-Class passenger).
