Refund on cancellation of ticket not issued

We've reserved one mature plus one kid solution from Hyderabad to Mumbai to Newark for 3 August by Air India. The itienary hasbeen transformed by Air India and also the path continues to be transformed to Hyderabad to Delhi to JFK for that same day. The solution was terminated with Oxygen India on 30 July. Air India claims that people have to relate to Expedia because the solution is reserved through Expedia and Expedia claims another method.
