Save yourself the frustration and do NOT USE EXPEDIA. Unless you don't mind talking to INDIA if you have any problems it is a nightmare. I was going skiing and tday before the reservation I got injured. I called them to cancel since I could not even walk and they stated that I was within period where the cancellation could not be done (48 HOURS) ayfkm. I called the Hotel and stated they would be glade to cancel but they could not because of Expedia contractual agreements. If you know the place yoou are going, call them directly DO NOT USE EXPEDIA
