It happened again today, went to pick-up my wife's prescription drugs @ CVS drug stores as usual and UPS delivery van was parked across all handicapped parking spaces, being handicapped myself i had to park down a couple a rows. The woman driver of the van kept up unloading and going back and forth with packages. I confronted her about using the spots that she was blocking but ignored me with no answer. She then jumped in her van then speed off. I am in Moreno Valley, Calif. They better teach their drivers laws
