OVER 1 hour and a half late with 5% refund

I rented a 40 passenger party bus from US Coachways, Inc for Saturday, September 8th - 7PM-12AM; the bus showed by 8:41PM. Besides having almost half our party time cut short, I lost a 1/3 of my guests who gave up on waiting on the driver to arrive (in the rain).

I reported the incident to Donna Yehia, Manager of Customer Service at 718-477-4242 x350; she unjustly offered a $200 refund for this inconvenience as opposed to compensating for the 2 hours I paid for and lost. Her reasoning for this small refund was "a service was provided and we put out money on gas spent to travel down to you... The contract you signed says you only get 5% back for every half hour the driver is late." So basically if any of you sign this agreement with obvious belief that the company will actually do what they were hired for and their sloppy ass driver decides not to show up, they still get 50% of your money. Do not go with this pety ass company. Their staff (Driver, Customer Service Manager - DONNA YEHIA, dispatch, and Christina Dellarocca) are all dumb as hell and amatuer at best. Don't be fooled by the BIG company name.
