Never ever use this company. The two people that I was dealt with was Susan Barrett (sales) or Marty Cusack (dispatcher. I called and email them for a refund, Susan, Marty or Christina would not call me back. Finally Donna Yehia, customer service call and said they would review. She stated all that if all of the paper works was in order and they would review refunding some of the money.

They make you pay in advance, then DON’T meeting the commitments. We order three buses to pick up people in three different cities (Carrollton, Houston & San Antonio, TX) to take our people to a meeting in Austin Texas.

Two buses show up in Houston, the driver ask where is Carrollton. The bus from San Antonio did not have a working heater. No bus every show up in Carrollton (Dallas), leaving 30 people with no Transportation to Austin.
