I ordered some truck accessories from Truckaddons.com on the internet and they arrived promptly. However, I ordered snap in window ventshields for 3 vehicles by clicking the appropriate places on their website and they sent me the adhesive models. I sent 4 emails to their returns dept without any response. I left 2 voicemails before I got an email response.
They sent me rma numbers and wanted me to return them at my own cost and probably a restocking fee. When I emailed them and said that it was their fault, they said that was what I ordered. I told them step by step, what I did to arrive at those numbers and they said those are not the numbers that they get. They then told me "end of discussion. You can't keep monopolizing my time."
I told them that I had never dealt with such a rude and hard to get in touch with customer service dept. And I would never do business with them again. I don't want anything to do with them again. I don't even want a reply from these morons. I just want to warn others not to deal with them.
