I got my 09 BMW repaired by them. The only thing they did good was the paint job. They took forever to repair a small dent to the point the insurance company stopped paying for my rental. You can never get a hold of Ravi! Poor handling with my insurance company due to a lot of miscommunication on Galson's end. I came 500 dollars out of pocket due to Galson's poor/slow service for a rental because they took two weeks longer than it should of taken!!
