I scheduled an appointment for repair a month in advance. I brought in my car for a 3 day repair based on an estimate provided by this dealer. On the 3rd day I called to see when my vehcile would be ready and they informed me that nothing would be done this week. Horrible customer service especially since the customer relations manager assured me when I dropped off the vehicle that the estimate was 3 days and it would be a "quick repair." Someone else hit our car and their insurance is paying for this and got us a rental car for THREE DAYS ONLY BECAUSE IT IS A 3 F*ING DAY REPAIR. Now I have to return the rental and be without a car unless I want to pay out of pocket for it until Dub Richardson's decides they would like to actually F*ING DO WHAT THEY PROMISE.
