Westlake Financial Services - Portfolio Service - Wilshire ripoff fraudulent billing and repos

I purchased a vehicle through a used car lot and at the time of purchased I let the sales person know that I cannot have my payment due dates at the beginning of the month. It is very important that my note is due in the middle of the month. I receive a billing statement for my first payment wich is due on the 10th of the month and immediately call them and explain the same thing I explain to my sales person. Maria at what I thought was Westlake Financial assures me that that's fine I just have to make my first payment and they will move the due date. I explain to her my next payday will be the 24th and I will send it that day. She told me she will note the account and let me know not to worry that I had a 10 day grace period anyway.

I purchased the money order on the 24th and drop it in the mail. The following monday I get a call saying that they did not receive it. I give Maria the money order tracking number and told her when I mailed it. Five days later Erika calls me and says they haven't received it. I give her the tracking number and the address in which I mailed it to along with the billing stub that I sent with the money order. She informs me that the address that I sent it to is not the address in which my payment is supposed to go to that my payment is supposed to go to their company which is "Wilshire". When she told me this I asked, "How could that be when I have a billing statement from Westlake Financial". Erika tells me that the address I send it to was wrong. I spoke to the so called manager who I have no idea how he was given the position with the nasty atittude he has. He tells me that my new car is up for repo and that I mailed the payment to their parent company which is Westlake financial and that isn't where it's supposed to go it is supposed to come to them.

Now, my thing is how come they "Portfolio services or Wilshire" doesn't send me billing statements? I gladly tell him that I this was very messy on their part and I need to speak to his boss. He tells me he doesn't have one. I eventually hang up the phone with this numskull and try calling Westlake Financial myself to see where my money went to. I finally got a hold of a man named Rudy who says he is a supervisor. I explain the situation to him and he tells me that the reason why I probably got a billing statement from Westlake their so called parent company is because SOMEONE MUST HAVE PUT THE WRONG PAPER IN THE MACHINE! Which really upset me because not only is my car about to repo'd because I sent the payment to their parent company but I just received another statement for my next months note with the same information! So I ask myself and him how often does thhis happen? Who is putting the paper in the machine?

So now not only am I stuck about to be hidding my new car from the repo man because I really paid the payment but I have to come up with the payment Portfolio services or Wilshire never received and have it to them by five o'clock today and I have to pay Traveler's Express $12.00 and send in a copy of the money order stub just to get the $360.00 back for the money order they never received! Just to add insult to injury, Rudy even went on to remind me that I have bad credit anyway as if I didn't know that. But at the same time they also new that when they approved me for the loan. Apparently it's not that bad I just traded in a car I paid off for this new big bunch of troubles and the bottom line is I did pay the note!!!

Now for one I still don't know who is "putting the wrong paper in the machine" as Rudy told me. Two, I don't really trust the company now and have to pay these people for the next 5-6 years for this loan. Three, I still don't really know where to send my payments to! What does one do?
