Nevada, mo dealer refuses to service our new focus! - ford focus

We recently bought a new Focus and love it. Our local dealer in Nevada, Mo could not match the deal we got from a dealer in Marshfield, MO. Our local dealer now refuses to service our car and was extremely rude. Is this a normal Ford practice?
