Quoted more KBB value to fix my mothers car. Called the next morning to cancel service they refused to give my mother her money back even though they did nothing to the car. Then told her she has to pay half the bill $2500 to get her car back. Contacted by our lawyer they gave the car back. Was told lie after lie by Service Manger and some Customer Relation Manger.
