To whom it may concern, I went to Merchant's Tire Co. To get 2 tires put on my vehicle they told me it would be$59.99 for each tire, I asked that the white wall's be put in, but instead they put them out. I figured my bill would be $120.00 plus taxes, when I got the bill it was $196.97, I told them they said it would be what I explained above, the Manger Nancy Trumbo was very rude to me and pointed her finger in my face, I think this should be looked into and I'am very disappointed with them, I think I should pay what they told me it would be, plus they could have gave me a discount for not putting my white wall's in like I ask them to do.
