I made a hotel reservation at Ramada Limited-LAX Airport East from Priceline.com for July 24. I woke up mid of night feeling itches all over my body. I turned the light on and found two bed bug on the bed skirt of my bed. I was bit several times on my legs and arms. I called the hotel manger and he insisted that there were no bed bug in this hotel and even refused to change the room for me. It’s one o’clock at night. I don’t want to argue with him. So I turned the light off and tried to go back to sleep. Ten minutes later I was woke up with another bite on my shoulder. I caught the bug and its blood got on my bed sheet. Same time there was another one crawling on the headboard. I called the manger into my room and let him see the dead bug. This time he admitted and said that he would report to his manger in the morning.By the time that he gave me another room it’s almost three o’clock in the morning. I checked out the hotel the next morning and ask for the refund. The hotel manger refused to give me the refund and insisted that this was the first time that he heard about the bed bug. No More Ramada Limited-LAX Airport. Bed Bug&Bad Service. Priceline.com should not mislead its consumers and make reservation in this hotel. S.C. Dallas Texas
