I have used Firestone at Woodlake in Midlothian, VA for years. Unfortunately, I believe in the last couple of years they have had a change in management. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I was scheduled an appointment for new tires. I show up at my scheduled time and was told the tires were not expected until later in the day and "didn't the sales clerk call me?". NO! The sales clerk didn't call me! So, I have to completely rearrange my schedule to bring the car back for tires this afternoon. A simple phone call would have been nice.
