I think the manger at Bank of America was very unprofessional. I believe her name was Florinda, she rolled her eyes at me, told me she had a long day, and she was tired. Her associates were more professional then she was. Her attitude was absolutely uncalled for. I think as a manger no matter how your day is you should everyone with respect. I can understand that you have many customers that comes your way that may cause problems. But in a business enviroment, you should be able to control your own attitude. I was very surprised that this came from the manger, an associate maybe. But for someone who runs the store and customer service is must. That is unacceptable
