This guy Ken Feagin is a con artist. He has several large judgements against him. He was practically ran out of NC from doing Auto Sales business. He was caught selling cars with the odometers rolled back. He is know for buying vehicles from other states that have been totaled or a salvage vehicle, brings them to other states, and sells them with clean titles like they have never been in accidents. Furthermore, the judgements are just a piece of paper not worth anything, because he opens up business's under other names or with partners, so that none of his many victims can collect any money from him. Check him out in North Carolina - NC DMV knows who he is, Buncombe County Courts know who he is. Dont do business with him unless you dont care to get taken for a ride. He should be locked up for fraud.
