C&M automotive, Inc sold me a 1992 Park Avenue and didn't tell me it was a salvage vehicle. I only found out when I got the title back three months later. I also noticed the bill of sale had different milage recorded than what was on the odometer disclosure statement.
I called and wrote them but got no response so I sent copies of all paperwork and a letter to the US Attorney General's Office but it didn't help since Mr Bigelow lied and sent different copies in his response. The law only seems to work for wealthy people and dealers such as C&m Automotive gets away with deceptive sales tactics.
I paid $2939.00 for a car that has no value and wasn't told, I even put full coverage insurance on it. My previous car was totaled on 8/02/07 and if I wanted a salvage vehicle I woul have kept it instead of selling it to the insurance comapny.
Please tell me something can be done about this, I would settle for at least $800.00 back because I've been told that all the vehicles sold by C&M Automotive are salvage so I cant even trade it out for another vehicle. I was RIPPED OFF.
