Not only did they LIE about the "worst case scenerio" in costs, they TRIPPLED my costs AFTER they loaded everything I owned on to the van at 3:30am, no less! They destroyed my BRAND NEW bamboo floors, BRAND NEW couch, recliner, table, & fridge, to name a few (each are only a few months old), and have dragged feet in dealing with me. Lied in turnaround time for delivery, made me pull an ALL-NIGHTER to drive 6 hours across 3 states after NO SLEEP since they finished packing at 3:30am, and required I be at the new place by 1pm next day, or risk being fined $1k or more. THEN, they didn't even show up until 7:30pm! Tried to say none of my items were damaged, despite CLEAR tears, dents, gouges, missing leg, and my new couch is now a teeter-totter! STAY CLEAR of this company!
They keep trying to pass everything off to the company THEY sub-contracted to! MY CONTRACT IS WTIH COLONIAL VAN LINES, Sorry, but if you need to go back on RENO MOVING, then YOU do so. CVL should be dealing with my damages, which amount to WELL over 3 times the cost of my exorbatent move, since they uped my price 3 times AFTER the contract was signed!
