Selling used cars with no titles ripoff

Karen Ashley, owner of Texas United Auto Sales, makes it a practice of selling cars with no titles. She purchases them from auctions and never has the monies to pay for the vehicles, so she continuously puts "red tags" on the vehicles for the customers who buy them. Sometimes this goes on for over 3 months.

She has also been known to deliberatley avoid phone calls from customers trying to make payment arrangements so as to be able to repo the vehicle and resell it at a higher rate.
