I purchased "Town Car" transportation from Manhattan to JFK airport and return in early July. They picked me up at JFK in a Town Car and drove to Manhattan without any problem. For the return trip, I reserved on line, and called to confirm a half hour before pick up. The driver arrived on time driving a Toyota Camry. I questioned the driver as to where the Town Car was and he said that this was the car that the company gave him to drive. I contacted Federal Transit and was disconnected 2 times. I also emailed them with no reply. I contacted Living Social numerous times and was told: "We%u2019re sorry that this deal did not work out the way you had hoped." They were of no help whatsoever and tried to make me the bad guy. Did they think I was stupid? A Toyota Camry is not a Town Car no matter how you spin it. Living social sold me this deal but they protect the vendor not the customer. Once they sell the deal, they are done. Couldn't care less about their customers. NO chance I will ever do business with them again. I posted on Facebook, Twitter and even sent a tweet to the CEO - Tim O'Shaughnessy. I suggest everyone else tell the world what a scam they run! Stay away from living social!!!
