Was to repair Head gaskets & have created more problems with my engine

ON 6-15 I had my car towed to Calvert's Express in Jennings Mo for a possible blown head gasket, I spoke with service manager Steve He quoted me 2 prices 1) If only head gaskets needed to be fixed 2) If gaskets & heads needed to be replaced & the only way to find out if heads were warped was to send heads to machine shop. He later called me to inform me that only the gaskets were blown I made arrangements to have car repaired within 2 weeks. I brought in a deposit of 500.00 as a good faith gesture & returned on 6-29 to pay balance & pick up my car. Before I left I noticed the service engine light was on and told him at which time he sent a tech out to clear the code. Before I could make it home I noticed the car was running rough & the engine light was back on and it kept stalling. I Immediately called Steve and he advised me to bring it back in when I returned they did a diagnostics and told me I needed a Catalytic Converter and that was the reason for my car stalling. After spending 1500.00 I told him I would have to wait & come back for that repair. He advised me at that time my car wouldn't stop working just because I needed a converter. So I left with my car & chose not to use it to prevent any further damage. On 7-16 I returned to have the converter replaced I picked my car up the next day and found that the car was still running rough and now louder than it ever had. I contacted Steve again who advised me to bring it back in again. I returned on 7-19 & had Steve take a test drive with me and pointed out my issues. He agreed to look at it again this time he found a exhaust clamp that was not properly put back that was causing the noise with the converter & that it was running rough. He then took my car in and proceeded to run some type of cleaner through the system by gunning my engine so loudly it scared me. I asked him about it & he told me that the machine had indicated something was clogged and they were cleaning it out. They then took my car for a test drive I sat for 45mins waiting until finally Steve called me back in his office to notiify me that my car had died & wouldn't start back up. He told me they were sending a tow truck to pick the car up which took about a hour for them to return once they got it back he informed me that they belived the heads were warped and they would have to take the engine apart again to send the head to the machine shop, which I assumed they had already done that before repairing the gaskets. 3 days later I spoke to Steve again who told me that they were still waiting on the machine shop but that he had already ordered me a new head so either way the car would be fixed. They worked on my car for a whole week at that time I finally called the regional manager to inform him as to what was going on. He promised to look into & give me a call back. After not hearing from him, I called again and all he could tell me was that they were still waiting on the machine shop to return the head. So I decided to pay the shop a visit that Friday & found that they had put the engine back together but couldn't keep the car started. Steve then advised me that there was nothing more they could do until Monday since the tech that was working on the car had a family reunion to attend Saturday and would not be there but he promised on Monday 8-6 he & the tech would work side by side to get it running. On Monday a call was placed to the shop by my fiancee who spoke to Steve and he advised that the car started right up that morning but had a slight ticking noise so they had now sent the lifters to the machine shop to be rebuilt and they should be done that evening. I got off work & returned to the shop and to my dismay the car was running but knocking so loudly and of course they were baffled as to why. He then told me that they would have a tech that specialized in Chryslers come in to take a look at it in the morning, since they had no clue. My Fiancee then placed a call to the Regional manager David Dower again letting him know what was going on. David gave no apology or empathy for my situation when mentioned to him was it possible for them to have the car towed to a dealer to have it checked since they couldn't figure it but his response was sure we can take off all the parts and you can take it where ever you like but at your expense. After trying to explain to him that them continuing to work on it was only causing more problems. His response to that was "you know sometimes parts break when doing other repairs." I am totally distraught and appauled at how this company is not taking responsibility for something they apparently did wrong. Never have I had any engine problems & I routinely take my car to the dealer for regular maintence, if there was any existing problems I would have been told by the dealer before now.
