I tried to send flowers to my girlfriend yesterday, who is in Haliburton, Ontario. This was meant as I surprise, and I made her wait at home all day (when the flowers were supposed to be delivered). The delivery still hasn't arrived, and my emails have not yet been answered by BloomEx. The courier company say that BloomEx ordered a delivery to arrive tomorrow. Since BloomEx ordered the delivery for the wrong day, I demand a refund for the inconvenience caused!
