Car Fax
Reported Damage to my car from an alleged crash. My Insurance carrier noted that NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE to insureds vehicle

Attempted to trade my vehicle in on Thursday August 2 at Coastal Hyundai, Melbourne, FL and was advised by the salesperson that my vehicle suffered damage in a car wreck back in 2009 which made its trade-in value a 0 dollar amount. Even though my insurance company provided a statement that there was no physical damage to my car-Car Fax reported it as a major collision. So now I am stuck with a car that had a $16,000.00 trade in value and now is worthless because of the false statements by Car Fax!
