I have been a customer of Citimortgage for 7 years. I have been trying for 2 months to contact them through their website and via their customer service number for current customers. I am kept on hold for up to 30 minutes listening to a recording. No one ever picks up. I have used their online process to have someone contact me. No one does. I just want to find out if I can refi a mortgage through them.
