Company doubled internet order without authorization

Internet orders for this detailing product are warned not to answer the supplemental questions. I answered each question negatively, but my order was supplemented none the less. This doubled my order quantity and increased the order cost above my desired order. I suggest a telephonic order in place of internet purchase.
