I tyed to order the product Wipe New as seen on TV. Their website is very misleading and set up to ask conflicting questions to try to get you to up your original order amount and not realise it. Even though I answered NO to every additional asked question at the end they still had doubled my order totalling $61. And change. When I called to try and rectify this issue the person was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked why they couldn't run a legitamate business she hung up on me.
Don't get stuck. As soon as you enter your credit card number the order is placed whether you choose to continue or not. I was told to try and call back in 6 hours to SEE if I could rectify this problem. I'm writing this report and next calling the better business bureau. Companys like this shouldn't be allowed to have a busines never mind interact with the public.
Buyer beware. Once you've entered your credit card number your stuck and your order is placed never mind confirming that you agee to there outrages upped order at the end and it's up to you to chase them. Calling my credit card provoder to cut them off before they can start charging my card for this extra $. I should have known better.
