I had used the services of DH Medical before and was satisfied. Upon placing another order for the same product 8 months later, of all, then by internet. No to the phone order, so reordered by internet. No product delivery from either. My account was hit on the internet order. After waiting for 7 days (had gotten delivery with-in 3 days on first time order) with no product and haven gotten verification e-mail on order tried to track w/o any luck. I tried numerous calls only to get to response from a live person. I called my bank to put dispute on monies. I would suggest that before anyone use this buisness that you do further research as to wether they are still in buisness.
