Ordered and paid for a driver's side review mirror for a 2000 e320 7/25. Received a passenger side mirror for an S500 7/28. Immediately reported this to the seller, "Chuckie" on 7/28 - who committed to promptly replace it and call back same day. Received no call. Called and spoke with "Chuckie" on 7/30 to get update and he suggested I was mistaken and had the mirror I ordered per his notes. I do not own and S500 or nor need a passenger side mirror for a car I do not own. He chose to argue the point and demanded the mirror back for another customer before he could correct the issue. I took exception to this and requested he deliver what I agreed to purchase and he hung up on me.
